WOMEN’S SECTION - HOME PAGE President of the Women’s Section The Royal British Legion The Women’s Section promotes the Welfare, by charitable means, of men and women who have served and of the widows, children and dependants of those who have served in our Navy, Army, Air Force and Auxiliary Forces, or in the Mercantile Marine afloat in hostile waters, or any member of Voluntary Aid Societies. THE PRINCESS ROYAL For over 85 years the Women's Section has been providing care and support for the ex-service community by means of various welfare work schemes.
